I am finding from personal experience that EFT tapping is highly effective on every issue!
In my research I have discovered that if you tap on everything (every issue) you feel or deal with everything heals and life shifts. I love what my studies have taught me. But I don’t just take someone’s word for it; I have to test it out.
I originally learned EFT Tapping as a tool to assist others in their healing process, to help others increase prosperity and to help others experience more joy and peace in their lives. Right away as I was learning the technique in the training my own pain decreased greatly, my emotional reactions to things shifted, the flow of money and opportunities into my life increased and my responses to change shifted all in the first week!
As I was preparing to add this technique to my website I practiced on myself, friends and family and have seen and experienced changes in healing, behaviors, prosperity etc in all of us. I am so impressed with this form of healing that I feel like singing it to the world. I won’t though because I really am an awful singer and that would just turn people off to tapping, (smile), so I decided to blog it here.
I am so excited to be increasing my client base without putting out much effort at all but just by shifting from the inside. Shifting from deep within myself has shifted the experiences I am having in all areas of my life. This is so obvious to many that this is the natural process but when it happens quickly and easily and catches you by surprise it is extra exciting. :)
I know that all people have room for improvement and healing is needed in all of us. I know all of this intellectually and on a very deep level, yet the level of healing, increase in prosperity and shift in the behaviors in me and in the others I am working with are beyond what I expected. I feel like I have just won some big lottery and now I'm ready to share the wealth of this incredible technique with others and I get to win again everytime I see the quality of their lives improve greatly.
Woo hoo!!! Life is good!!!
This discovery for me is reminds me of moving.
Even though you are about to upgrade greatly there is some work to do.
When you move from one home to another you might clean hard core for weeks so that on moving day there will be little to clean. You minimize your belongings making trips to the trash and to donation centers for several weeks as well so you don’t take unwanted things to your new place. But on moving week you realize that you still have far more than you realized you had and worse, you realize that there are many places you forgot to clean, like under the sink in those back corners, the tops of closets and the blinds in the kitchen.
Like moving and cleaning house we have far more to work on ourselves than we realize. In my youth I cleaned homes for middle class families and when I walked in to their homes they were always clean and looking fantastic. But as I started to clean I’d find places that had collected dust, where a child had hidden a sandwich or toys stuck in the vacuum or other odd things. I discovered that no matter how it looked on the service, there was always a lot of work to do.
This is the same discovery I have made in working on my healing and assisting others with theirs. Some people fear this because they are afraid it’s like “opening a can of worms”. But honestly, if you don’t start then things begin to stagnate and rot your life. Like the sandwich I found stuffed under a sofa once if it is left there to rot, it could then lead to replacing the carpet and perhaps the pad under that and it could even cause damage to other things. So it is important to take care of what you can as soon as you become aware of them.
The journey for each person is different but the processes that are affective are much the same.
Although we may heal at different rates, in different ways and for different reason there are some techniques such as EFT Tapping that can accelerate the process and be more impactful than other forms or techniques.
As a person that has been working on my own healing for nearly 30 years I know that “opening a can of worms” can be a messy process but I also know that if done right it can be quick and far less painful or messy than one may imagine. The worst part of the “opening of the can of worms” is the fear that keeps you from starting. The pain from that fear, the limits from that fear and the amount of things that rot while you procrastinate in that state of fear are far worse than beginning and going through the healing process.
Some people might wonder, why in the world I’d need to go through 30 years of healing, so let me explain.
Life is full of experiences that we must process and often times heal from. New life experiences can create new things to heal along the way. We heal and or cope with things as children and must expand our skill level, level of awareness and understanding as we grow to match the current issues. Healing is a lifelong journey. Like the domino affect some issues can lead to others and the chain goes on. Fortunately as we dive into our healing journey and discover healing techniques that work for us the chain can be broken.
The beautiful thing is that we get to start right here, right now and begin the process.
The process of healing can be short and quick or it can be long and drawn out. It depends on how much you have to work on, how much you are able to work on, and the techniques used on your healing journey and many other variables.
Let’s say you don’t have much to work on or that you are aware of and you just want to deal with one issue such as smoking or headaches. You do the work on that issue and sure, it leads to other things because the other things are what actually caused that original issue and healing them heals the issue. Now you’re finished and on with your life. But as humans, we carry with us far more than we realize, and often what we carry with us (like the sandwich under the sofa), starts to create other issues. These new issues create other issues and then we have a lot more to work on than the first issue.
Some people approach their healing journey brining all there yuck with them. They come with trucks and trucks full of issues. While others led much simpler lives and have far less to carry along and it all fits neatly in one small moving truck. So we all start from different places bringing with us a different amount of things to work on.
While others, even with the few issues that they have seem to be affected greatly and have a much harder time to heal just a few things. While one person may take minutes, another days or weeks while others take years. There is no right or wrong, good or bad there is simply individual ways of healing and timelines for each person.
The bottom line is that we all come with different amounts and types of issues and we all come with different levels of skills to release and heal from the issues. We all have things to learn from our suffering, and we all can heal and move on to much better lives.
Healing is more affective when regularly maintained.
What I notice is our lives, like house work are affected in similar ways. A person that does spring cleaning once a year and finds that sandwich under the sofa also discovers that they now have an expensive carpet to replace. The neglect of some basic up keep has caused a much bigger issue. The body as it holds in our thoughts and feelings without being able to release them can begin to manifest illness and symptoms that can lead to bigger and bigger problems.
Our mind body connection is huge! Try putting sugar in your gas tank…. Ok, don’t really try that, but know that if you do, you might just need to buy a new car depending on how far that sugar gets through the system that the gas follows. As we bring in feelings and thoughts and do not release them we will cause bigger problems throughout our mind and body system. Release is mostly what healing is about.
Healing is often like this: Release, heal, & replace:
Release the yuck (fear, false beliefs, etc), like cleaning up the sandwich from the floor under the sofa we get rid of the things that are not meant to be there.
Heal, mend or clean up the place where those things were stored. The place that has stored our yuck can be like the place the sandwich was sitting on the floor, crumbs left can attract pest. Some detailed work can take care of those little remnants of things left behind we were unaware of. Reiki, massage, EFT Tapping, holistic nutrition and other forms of healing are very beneficial here.
Replace the thing that was removed. In house cleaning you don’t really replace what you have removed but in mind/body work you do. It is so important to replace something in the space that is now free from the old yuck. Your mind feels a void exist where it was once full and out of habit will replace it with what was there before unless you replace it with something new. This is where affirmations and other new habits come in so affectively.
Replace a belief with a belief, a thought pattern with a thought pattern, a feeling with a feeling, habit with habit… and so on…
EFT Tapping does all of this at one time! As you tap out issues you are releasing them. As you tap them out and begin to tap in affirmations you are healing and doing that detailed cleaning, as you tap in the affirmations you are replacing the old yuck with what you currently want.
Reiki is much the same. I would do EFT tapping in partnership with all forms of healing that I do from now on. For me, it is like signing a contract. You make an agreement and things are going well but to seal the deal or close the deal, as is said in sales, makes things final.
I encourage you to learn how to tap and to join a tapping group in your area today.
Even if your life is great, how would you feel if it became AMAZING?
Invest in yourself and see that shift happen for you.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention other amazing benefits of EFT Tapping and really all forms of healing and growth a person truly experiences: Relationships improve, you attract more people in your life that are right for you, prosperity increases and you have a higher quality of life over all!
In love and light
Jody
